1.)
First off make an object of anykind, I made a circle/oval
(like Lesson 1). I made mine in the first frame of layer
1. On frame 5 move it to where you want it to go.
Highlight all the frames, then Instead of making it a
Motion Tween its going to be a Shape Tween.
(It should be green)

Now you can change the size or shape of it. (Left picture)
Here im shrinking it to give it the bouncy effect.
When you do this make sure its on another frame. I have
mine on frame 10, (right picture). (doesn't
have to be frame 10)

3.)
All you have to do now is copy the first frame, and put
it past frame 10. I put mine on frame 17. (again doesn't
have to be any specific frame) WALLA!

4.) Next is just to publish it (File>Publish),
then you get a .SWF. Shown to the left..
